Tale Of Two Strangers

She spoke through her silence,
And he heard through his heart,
They spoke for days,
But never a word was out.

Seperated by miles,
But little did he care,
For they were bonded by smiles,
And some stories that they had shared.

After all the days there came a night,
What they feared had creeped inside,
They could not stop or resist the fight,
For they were just strangers in the absence of light.

It did not last long though,
A message of peace was sent,
A bitter fight had met a better end,
And the night of horror had come to final descent.

As the first light pierced the sky at dawn,
A new day and a new friendship was born.
With this new day ,at last,
Softly she spoke to end her fast.
